Location and staff were VERY GOOD and I appreciated that the place was clean. Tbh, had a great stay in the sewage room with unlit stairs and corridors.

This hotel is perfectly situated, just a short walk from the bustling city centre. It's so convenient being right next to the wall, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The rooms are clean and cosy, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff are helpful and polite, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Plus, the breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a variety of options to choose from.

There were some noisy guests in the corridors and neighboring rooms at night, which disrupted our sleep.

Everything was simply very clean. The hotel was a suitable place for enjoying a quiet area, short walk to the old town of Krakow and Galleria and restaurants. Lots of food for breakfast, which was outstanding to satisfy everyone.

The apartment was warm, cosy, and the bed was very comfortable. We loved how close the hotel was to everything - within a 5-minute walk, we found restaurants, bars, and the beautiful Old Town Square. The breakfast options, although geared towards European travelers, still offered a great selection, and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we highly recommend this hotel for its value and location.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was very close to all the sights, great to easily visit the market square, city center, and city centre on foot. the hotel was situated in a beautiful area with wonderful gardens, providing a pleasant atmosphere. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and we were impressed with the modern amenities and comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the presence of a coffee and tea machine.
